Ken Marshall

December '23featured artist

"I am a working artist in Westlake, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland.

After a lifetime of working as a graphic reporter and editor at major American newspapers, including the Chicago Tribune, The Plain Dealer, The San Diego Union-Tribune, Dallas Morning News and Columbus Dispatch, I now have time to create my own work. And, boy am I doing a lot of it.

I graduated from The Ohio State University in 1969, with a BFA major in drawing, printing and graphics. Over the years, I moved from printmaking to painting, due to lack of access to a printing press. That situation was changed in 2017, when I once-again got access to printmaking facilities.

I am a member of the Ohio Plein Air Society. I also am an Associate Member of the Ohio Watercolor Society.

Almost everything is available for sale."
